Okere Falls Beer Festival is a serious load of serious fun for not so serious people. Modelled on the world famous Oktoberfest in Germany, this festival runs all week with a load of imported German beers, foods and a huge array of amazing musical talent from across the country. Hosted by Aoteoroa's top eco friendly eco cafe, the very cool Okere Falls General Store is set in a beautiful location just outside of Rotorua and there is not only the festival to enjoy but plenty of outdoor activities to soothe the soul. White water rafting, fishing, kayaking, biking and some gorgeous hikes through stunning landscapes.
